Local schools come up trumps with CD Cover entries

There are very few times when I am reduced to a state of stunned silence (in fact there are very few times when I am silent at all) but last night was one of those rare occasions

We have just taken delivery of over 200 competition entries from local P5, P6 & P7 pupils and the standard of artistic merit and interpretation of ‘Helensburgh’ was stunning.

We had approached our local primary schools and asked whether they would possibly consider involving their pupils in our competition to design the cover for the ‘Heroes’ CD (which incidentally will be launched on August the 1st). The schools across the area have responded magnificently. And we are truly grateful to all the heads, teachers and pupils that found the time to support us.

We will be unveiling the winning entries in the next couple of days.
