The Helensburgh Advertiser have produced a one page article about the Premiere Event.
"The recording by local residents of David Bowie and Brian Eno’s iconic song ‘Heroes’ is set to premiere in Helensburgh. The event, which the organisers promise will be a celebration of music, film and community, is all set for Saturday August 1 at Helensburgh’s Victoria Hall."

Helensburgh Heroes is delighted to announce the date, time and location for the World Premiere of the 'Heroes' recording by the artists and musicians of the Helensburgh Heroes Experience.
This event will be held on SATURDAY 1st AUGUST 2009, in the Victoria Hall, Helensburgh at 8.00pm, with doors opening at 7.30pm. Admission on the door.

The Heroes Arts & Entertainment Centre
The Charity, Helensburgh Heroes, has secured a three storey Victorian Warehouse and goods yard within the centre of the Scottish West Coast town of Helensburgh.
A team of professionals has been created, tasked with the challenge of converting this former railway building into a much needed Arts & Entertainment Community facility for the local area. The Centre will cater for the needs of the entire community – from its youngest member to its oldest.
