The Helensburgh Advertiser have produced a one page article about the Premiere Event.
"The recording by local residents of David Bowie and Brian Eno’s iconic song ‘Heroes’ is set to premiere in Helensburgh. The event, which the organisers promise will be a celebration of music, film and community, is all set for Saturday August 1 at Helensburgh’s Victoria Hall."

Helensburgh Heroes is delighted to announce the date, time and location for the World Premiere of the 'Heroes' recording by the artists and musicians of the Helensburgh Heroes Experience.
This event will be held on SATURDAY 1st AUGUST 2009, in the Victoria Hall, Helensburgh at 8.00pm, with doors opening at 7.30pm. Admission on the door.
