Graham+Sibbald (Argyll & Bute's selling agent) confirmed that they had received an offer for the East Clyde Street Centre from Helensburgh Heroes Ltd. at 10.00 a.m this morning. The closing date for offers was midday today and a decision regarding the successful bid/offer is expected to be made in the next few weeks.

If you are attending this Sunday's 'Christmas Lights' event in Helensburgh, please ensure that you pop by and visit the Helensburgh Heroes stall - we can be found in the Marquee at the top end of Colquhoun Square.
We will be displaying our proposals for the Clyde Street Centre, taking orders for sweatshirts and T-shirts, signing up budding recording stars for our 'Heroes' recording and generally answering any questions that you might have. We'd love to see you! - Updated: 20 Nov 2008

The Heroes Centre - A Centre of Digital Excellence in the spirtual birthplace of Television
The Charity, Helensburgh Heroes, has secured a three storey Victorian Warehouse and goods yard within the centre of the Scottish West Coast town of Helensburgh.
A team of professionals has been created, tasked with the challenge of converting this former railway building into a Digital Academy & Entertainment Centre.
